Justine Marika Claravall began her training at the Alabang Dance Studio in the Philippines, learning Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Ballroom.
In 2007, she joined Hotlegs Dance Company, Manila's premiere dance ensemble, honing her skills in all genres of dance; Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Commercial, Latin Ballroom and Bollywood. In 2010, she moved to Hong Kong and was selected as a dancer for "The Festival of the Lion King" and "Mickey and the Wondrous Book". Always eager to broaden her skills as a dancer and performer, Justine traveled to New York in 2012, studying the Al Gilbert Syllabus in Jazz and Tap at the infamous Broadway Dance Centre. Back in Hong Kong, she began teaching classes at various popular studios, making waves as a uniquely talented and versatile teacher, choreographer and performer. Her love for children, her diverse dance skills as a performer, combined with her BA Degree in Psychology and Child Development affords Justine the qualities of a great dance teacher and we are thrilled to have her as part of the RSD Team! |
