Appropriate dance attire must be worn for class
Please make note of all course dates. Parents should email or call the studio in advance if your child will be absent. No refunds will be given for any missed classes. No classes will be scheduled on public holidays unless under special circumstances.
Cancellations due to adverse weather / force majeure
All classes will be automatically canceled for Typhoon Signal 8, Black Rain Warning or higher. Forced government closures due to the weather or COVID-19 are circumstances beyond our control and therefore refunds are not possible. However, we will try our best to arrange make-up classes or run the classes via online zoom.
No refunds will be given for withdrawals or cancellations made after 1 month of course start date. In addition, all withdrawals or cancellations will be subject to a $250 admin fee (per course). You must notify us by email at least 1 week prior to the withdrawal.
Payments are due before the start of course. A 5% late penalty with be charged per month for fees outstanding.
I acknowledge and consent to allow Red Shoe Dance Company Ltd to use photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our studio’s website, or on social media sites (such as the studio’s facebook or instagram account).
I hereby declare that I have enrolled my child in a Red Shoe Dance class/rehearsal/event with the full awareness of the physical demands of the class/rehearsal/event and that my child is physically fit and capable to do so at their own risk and responsibility. I agree to abide by the rules and conditions by Red Shoe Dance Company Ltd and I hereby release, waive, and discharge Red Shoe Dance Company Ltd and all their directors, teachers and employees, from any and all liability for losses, claims, damages, death, or injuries suffered as a result of their participation in a Red Shoe Dance class/rehearsal/event.
