Milla Rosanski

Milla was born in Wiesbaden (Germany). After her professional dance education at the Ballet Opera Leipzig and John Neumeier Ballet School in Hamburg, she danced at the CINEVOX Junior Company. Afterwards she bacame a member of the Company Staatstheater Mainz under the direction of Pascal Touzeau and at the Musiktheater Linz under the direction of Jochen Ulrich.
Milla's passion for teaching began as a guest teacher for many private schools in Germany, also gaining a valuable opportunity teaching at Medicos Auf Schalke in the rehabilitation centre for injured dancers. This inspired Milla to embark on a Masters Degree in Dance Science in Bern (Switzerland) with the focus on health and performance/ biomechanics, motor control and psychology under the direction of Andrea Schärli.
Related to this, Milla did a short internship at the Conservatorium Vienna and on the artEZ School in Arnhem with the focus on how to structure a healthy training and support young dancers in their daily life. Since September 2017, she worked as a teacher in Munich at a vocational school (Christiane Böhm) for young dancers who aspire to have a professional career in dance, also conducting professional classes in Switzerland, Netherlands, and Czech Republic. Her love for travel also took her as far as Mozambique where she became a partner of the School Interdance Maputo, Mozambique, before finally settling in Hong Kong in 2019.
Milla's main goal is to help young students improve their technique, working within their capabilities with the focus on respecting each individual's anatomy, extending her passion to educating a new generation of dancer.
