From the age of 9, Sarah began studying Jazz and Classical Ballet at Cairns City Ballet, Australia. In 2001, she was accepted into Brisbane Dance Center (now Australian Dance Performance Institute) studying Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater, Pilates, anatomy and child development, gaining her Student Teachers Certificate in Jazz Dance. In 2005, she completed her Certificate in Classical Ballet Teaching Studies with the Royal Academy of Dance, achieving RAD Registered Teacher status. Sarah has travelled to remote areas in Australia, offering dance classes and workshops to children with little access to the performing arts. She has choreographed for many competitions including the infamous Eisteddfod Festival in Australia, charity fundraising events for Queensland Cancer fund and corporate events including the Fiera book launch for Salvatore Ferragamo. Sarah has been living and teaching in Hong Kong since 2007 and joins Red Shoe Dance Company in September 2011.
