Justin "JM" Vergara

Mr JM is a passionate professional dancer, choreographer and teacher with over 18 years experience in the Performing Arts.

From the Philippines, JM began his dance journey at the age of 16. His training has been extensive and diverse, honing his skills in Jazz, Hip Hop, Arial, Breakdance, Contemporary and gymnastics.

After 2 enriching years as a performer at Hong Kong Disneyland, he transitioned to teaching, guesting at various prestigious dance school and studios. His classes included Hip Hop, Breakdance, Jazz, Latin, Heels and Chair Dance. In 2020, he opened his own dance studio where he also began producing and directing shows for events across the city. 

Throughout his career, JM has led teams to develop and execute creative vision for music videos, live performances and productions. Mentoring and coaching aspiring young dancers has been at the forefront of his career. He approaches this role with a deep sense of responsibility and passion, understanding the importance of nurturing the next generation of talent in the dance industry. He remains committed to pushing boundaries, exploring new artistic expressions and inspiring others to find their unique voice and to have a lasting impact on the dance community.
